Of course, you can send employees to our company for training on a regular basis. Your employees can come to our factory for internships and become familiar with the manufacturing process of products; they can learn the assembly process of LED displays in our assembly workshop; In the aging workshop, they can learn the installation and debugging knowledge of the LED display system, and they can also follow our project construction team to learn the knowledge of on-site installation and construction of the LED display. We will regularly provide dealers with various theoretical knowledge training through the network.

A 1.The displays, modules and all accessories are guaranteed for 2 years. during this period, if there is a problem with the product, we will replace or repair our product free of charge, and all the costs incurred will be borne by us.
2.After more than 2 years, our engineers will provide all technical support for free all the life, if it needs to be repaired, you only need to pay for the cost of raw materials.
3.We will regularly contact customers to understand the use of the product and provide the required technical support.
4.If there is a problem during daily usage, you can obtain technical support services through instant messaging tools such as telephone, email, or remote assistance.And these are all free of charge.

We accept most of the payment methods, but mainly accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and AliPay

A We guarantee all our displays, modules, parts for two years. During this time, we will replace or remend our goods for free if there is something wrong with them. We will provide maintenance for a lifetime and charge for the raw materials only.

A Delivery / production time is directly affected by the size of the order. Also, please be aware, some factories may not advise you, but after the production delays, you might be facing a few more days delays before catching your sea or your on-board flight departures. (might be anywhere from 3 to 7 working days). Again, depending in which season you are shipping.

A Prices are directly affected by the quantity. Simple ratio's, cost more to produce small qty and samples orders then larger ones. We have many ways to help our partners when starting the sample processes. Make sure to ask your Key Account MGR on how we can make you save some charges.

A We customize on a regular basis products for many large retailers and brands. If your order is at the below 10 units, we still can consider this as a SAMPLE order, some fees might apply for the logo prints. Different methodes are used for logos, please ask your Key Account MGR for more information on this issue, we will surely find the right solution for you!
